Though we strive to give you a great shopping experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact the Nairiti Fashions TEAM with your complaints/ feedbacks at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving the shipment. We shall revert back to you at the earliest. Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
*Please note that “Nairiti Fashions 7 Day Return Policy” does not apply to Stitched materials / Custom Made Products.
*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Nairiti Fashions Team.
* The offer does not apply to Home Shop / House Based Franchisee / Franchisee.
*Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
*Shipping charges can not be refunded.

1) Can I Return Part of my Order?
Yes, you may return a part of your order, in case of multiple items in an order.
2) How long will the return process take?
You need to send the product back on your own; the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 4 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 7 working days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
5) How do I return a product?
You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. Please feel free to call us in case of any help
1)Place your item in its original packaging.
2) Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the packing, and insert the original invoice.

1. The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of Nairiti Fashions are only approximate values.
2. While Nairiti Fashions shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that shown on the website due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
3. A customer must place an order allowing for this minor variation in color of the product received against that seen on the website.
The Customer may take note of the following:
1. The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
2. The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
3. Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
4. Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
Nairiti Fashions recommends the use of its sample blouse/ sample salwar suit and size trial option, while placing orders for stitched products, in order to avoid errors of size and style.
